The I draw stuff channel

So yeah the latter half of the semester I was going to garment... To a company called EMD garments huge shout out for them (they provided me with the main fabric and they showed me how to use the sewing machine) and in my visits I have been working on this jacket for my fashion design VI semester project I did have to learn most of it on the job (the school didn't really teach us pattern making or sewing sooo..... 👀) For pattern making the guys there just gave me a book it was funny🤣 Any who I think it turned out ok even though there were some really bad stitchings

Yesterday's Zewari was pretty awesome I tried to embrace my inner frank miller going full black and white, but the problem was their weren't a lot of faces for me to add shadows on so I added more details with the bricks to show the forms.... I will experiment more with this on the next one. We had a really fun time too... We gathered and ate other and just had a great time over... It was the best one so far And this one is my finger

I had a really awesome time with Zewari yesterday We sketched A lot of cool artists were there.

Best laid plans? Not today. We couldn't sketch at Be'atta Mariam due to a permission hiccup so we did what any true Zewari (wanderers)would do: we wandered. Ended up at 4 Kilo Square, improvised on the spot, and sketched the monument instead. Sometimes the unplanned sessions are the most memorable. #UrbanSketching #Zewari #Wanderers #4Kilo #AddisAbaba

As for the drawing on top this is what came of it I suppose..... I used pastels cause I thought the heavy black composition sketches in the middle would make it very hard for me to draw over them using graphite or charcoal...... These were drawings of posing models for the advanced drawing portion of the course.... It's not really my best work interms of technical detail.... I mean I didn't even capture the likeness of the models..... But it was an absolutely fun class and I still loved how it turned out..... Over all a fun experience and well I think we will have one more class next week
