Did you know that when Ethiopian Airlines sponsors a candidate's professional training, the trainee may be required to sign an agreement with the airline?
📄 The agreement can include a service commitment, meaning the trainee agrees to work for Ethiopian Airlines for a specified period after completing the sponsored training.
💰 Why?
Because the airline has invested in the candidate's training, unlike some candidates who may join certain training programs through self-sponsored/fee-based training.

When you enter an Ethiopian Airlines interview, don't think only about your answer.
Pay attention to how you answer.

Try this simple exercise:
🎤 Pick one topic and speak about it in English for 2 minutes without stopping.
For example:
