I've been thinking a lot about Nick's idea of extending an olive branch to left-leaning Americans. It's become very clear that in the future we will have America First people in positions of power, but under the current system we need votes to get politicians in that can do things we want them to do. Essentially he is reaching across the table and trying to pull everyone except for the crazy shit-lib/leftoid demons that want us dead over to our side. I get where the normal left-leaning people in this country are coming from. The wealth and corruption at the highest levels in this country is unsustainable. If we can get young, vibrant, charismatic young men on the right to run for higher office who can convey a message of hope and prosperity for the American people, and then actually deliver, we will win every election for many decades. Everyone knows we need drastic change and the Christian right-wing has the answers. We just need to be able to show people our vision.
