اختلال و فیلترینگ شدید اینترنت در ایران طبق رادار کلودفلر و مهساسرور، ترافیک به سمت کلودفلر به شدت کاهش یافته. همچنین ترافیک H3 و QUIC تقریبا به صفر رسیده. از طرفی دیگه هم فرگمنت در HTTP و TLS روی اپراتور همراه اول تقریبا از کار افتاده. فیلترینگ شدید و وایت‌لیستینگ لایه‌ای و ارتقا یافته شده، کاملا مشخصه و در حال اجرا شدنه. این وضعیت اینترنت رو در اوایل جنگ 12 روزه مشاهده کرده بودیم. فقط در یک یا دو قدمی نت ملی قرار داریم.
