🔴 keep in mind the perthes has normal x ray early and later on there may be Fragmentation , sclerosis..
🔴 perthes has chronic course .. if a patient with [ Respiartory infection or GIT infection] present with painful joint within 4 weeks the diagnosis could be transient synovitis ( Irritable hip)
