Enough Let’s start with “enough.” Why do we suffer in life? We’re always missing something—money, love, attention, self-belief, and so on. But what if, instead of dwelling on lack, we focus on abundance? The universe, God, or Life—however you prefer to call it—gives us what we think about most during the day. Try saying to yourself: – I have enough love! – I have enough money! – I have enough health! – I have enough joy! You can play with it any way you like: – I have enough room on the road! Many people could live much happier, more successful, and more joyful lives if they started building self-belief and said: “Yes, I am worthy; I deserve everything I dream of.” – I am worthy of love! – I deserve money! – I deserve pleasure, tenderness, and affection! – I deserve to own a car! – I deserve someone who loves me! – I deserve the very best in life!
