Everyone, big announcement. Star isnt dead, its just paused. 1.4 Marcescence is going to release and then I will personally take a break. A lot has been going on in my life and I was really stressed, making me do random things. Stay tuned, and please forgive me. Love you all!

Star has been discontinued on the 18th June 2026. It is no longer mantained and the source code will remain forever on the GitHub repository to pickup. This was not a random decision. Me and the rest of the team discussed it even a few months ago. It had to happen at a certain point, sadly. Everything that was work in progress was saved both locally and on the cloud, meaning nothing is lost. I wish you all a great day and thanks for the journey. It really was amazing.

Today, we would like to announce that our team has finally finished their work in the apk of bionic, such as the QoL improvement and addition of many new features. So right now, they are focusing on the rootfs which to improve the start menu by putting some more features in the start menu of wine But anyway, here we will share to you about the latest progress on the bionic apk that finally we have ended it - Implementation of custom icons in input control With this feature, you are now can be able to import any of the custom controller icons for the controller element - Improved the UI in the shortcut Inspired from winlator de0ver (thanks to him), the shortcut list are now looks more clean and interesting, with a few features such as sort the shortcut list, search the shortcut name, add shortcuts from internal storage and even change the layout of the shortcut by changing it into grid lookout or list lookout - Final improvement of FPS Counter Dialog We are now reaching final addition to improve this feature, we have added a new option for adjusting the transparency of the HUD. So you can adjust it to whatever the transparency that you want for the HUD if you want it to look more lighter or darker - Changed the theme of the app The theme that we used are now looks very different to other mod, even it also different to our official mod which is 11.0, so people won't get confused With all of this progress, all work in the apk have been done. So we might release it very soon, if our team could finish further improvement on rootfs, but we still don't have an exact date yet. Greetings, everyone Here we will share another new progress for star bionic development: - Improved FPS Counter Configuration, now you can be able to change the scale of HUD - Added custom icon option for shortcut in the shortcut settings - Added move cursor to touchpoint or simulate touch screen to allow the users to use touch screen instead of enabling it in the shortcut settings, useful for users who directly launch the container and not using the shortcut app - Improved UI in Xserver menu for mouse and cursor option which it can be hide-able and show-able - Added Active Windows​Dialog that are inspired from winlator official, can be used for bringing the active app window into the front just a single click on the window inside the dialog without having to manually click the windows or close other windows We are almost done in improving the QoL of the apk but we still have a lot of things need to be done before releasing the final apk which it's much more stable than the current version, please take note that the current pre-release version are still in beta and we received many of feedback regarding the bugs in this version, but don't worry we have already fixed it in the upcoming stable version soon Lastly, please stay in this server for more upcoming news about the progress of star bionic Ok, that's all from me. Greetings everyone, Firstly, we would like to thanks to all of people who have been support the Winlator@Frost development from the initial release until today, without y'all Winlator@Frost can't stand today. And after 2 years for the existing of this amazing mod, finally Winlator@Frost had to go away, mean the Winlator@Frost are totally discontinued anymore by me. We sincerely apologize for this really bad news as we have encountered a problem with our Github recently in today. And we made a decision that the Winlator@Frost couldn't be continued as normal anymore. But it will have a successor soon for this amazing mod. Even it's not fully developed by me, but trust me it would be 2x times better than existing this amazing mod. Again I would like to thanks to y'all for nonstop support 🙏
