Rohith Vemula, initially claimed to be Dalit, was later identified as OBC (Vaddera) in the Telangana police closure report (2024). The case, linked to his suicide was closed due to insufficient evidence connecting accused upper caste so bill’s premise is politically motivated rather than grounded in evidence. The Karnataka Rohith Vemula (Prevention of Exclusion or Injustice)(Right to Education and Dignity) Bill, 2025, is expected to be tabled in the upcoming Monsoon Session of the legislature. The Bill aims to “prevent exclusion or injustice and to safeguard the right to education and dignity for the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and minorities and to provide equal access and right to education in all public or Private or Deemed Universities established in the State of Karnataka”. The Rohith Vemula Bill grants "unchecked power" to SC, ST, OBC, and minority students, potentially enabling frivolous or politically motivated complaints against students, faculty, or administrators belonging to general category. Institutions found violating the bill’s provisions risk losing government grants, and their heads are held liable. Under this bill, acts of discrimination will be treated as cognizable (police can arrest without a warrant) and non-bailable, increasing the legal severity of violations. Cognizable and non-bailable nature of offenses could lead to arrests without sufficient evidence. Over the years, the rising misuse of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act to falsely implicate general category individuals for personal vendetta and other reasons, devoid of actual caste discrimination, has received criticism from the courts. The Rohith Vemula Bill, if passed, could also be misused in a similar manner.

India’s Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau has released “Preliminary Report” on Air India B787-8 accident. “The Engine 1 and Engine 2 fuel cut-off switches transitioned from RUN to CUTOFF position one after another with a time gap of 01 second” The time gap they mentioned here is one second and its next to impossible for pilots to cut off both the switches in just one second because the switches are protected by metal stop lock mechanism that requires the crew to lift the switch before changing position and guarded by brackets that prevents accidental movement,

And the most important thing is Both fuel control switches were found in the RUN position. Now how many lives are being saved by blaming on pilots- one The Boeing himself second Air India and third DGCA(Directorate General of Civil Aviation). Is the Far east states of India in danger from china and bangladesh? India’s north east region is a gateway to the south east asia region.
