Laryngoscleroma.
🔴SYMPTOMS:
¹-Biphasic stridor.
²-Hoarseness of voice
³-Crusty expectoration.
🔴SIGNS:
subglottic masses or web.
🔴TREATMENT:
¹-Rifampicin.
²-Streptomycin.
³-Tracheostomy.
⁴-Microlaryngosurgery.
⁵-Laryngofissure.

Laryngeal diphtheria
🔴SYMPTOMS:
¹- Hoarseness
²- Stridor.
🔴SIGNS:
¹-Dirty greyish
²-pseudomembrane over the
laryngeal inlet.
🔴TREATMENT:
¹-Hospitalization and isolation.
²-Antitoxic serum .
³-antibiotics.
⁴-treatment of complications.
⁵-Saving the airway by➡️
tracheostomy or endotracheal.
⁶-intubation in severe stridor.
