The litigation focuses on Secretary Kennedy's reconstitution of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), which included dismissing all 17 previous members in June 2025, followed by major policy reversals. If we take this example of debasement of the value of the paper fiat currency, what we're actually seeing is as the price continues to rise or in effect the dollar devalue.
