you can just SMC indicator on H4 TF base on swing and internal bias. then use Xard on H1 and M15 TF xard MA100 and sema level 1 on H1 TF xard level 3 and 4 on M15 TF

I think it's weak

the zone retests once 4 or less the zone is valid , otherwise not valid . if price trade into a verified or proven support zone and retest = 4 , 3 , 2 or 1 if level 2 object at swing low when price at verified or proven support and up blue arrow print enter buy when candle close.

Very hard to create those blocks but possible.

this H1 TF sema level 1 object at swing low and trendline up. so we focus on swing lows . sema level 1 on H1 TF =SEMA 3 on M5 TF = SEMA 4 on M1 TF . SO M1 TF the 123 pattern would be sema 3 or 2 on M5 TF 123 Pattern sema 2 ,
