Guys, please don’t dwell on this. This isn’t something I noticed just once, but the last situation genuinely wasn’t cool. And honestly, when someone gets defensive, it’s hard to even have a proper conversation about it because everything you say gets turned into an argument. But you also don’t have the full picture, so I don’t think it’s fair to blame both sides without knowing everything that happened. When I like someone, I genuinely like them. But sometimes one thing can completely change a relationship. You can’t just call that “switching up” or “judging someone too quickly” when I know what I did, and most people involved know too. So I’m just wondering, why is all the blame being put on me?

Did I make it? I’m getting a lot of hate from people I know, while getting so much love from people I’ve never even met. I keep wondering what that says about where I’m at in life.

Nothing really. I had a pretty consistent top-scorer streak until I joined Lebawi, where there isn’t really a ranking system. So academically, I don’t really have many insecurities. Not to sound arrogant, but I’m pretty confident that I know more about my field than the average person my age. If anything, my insecurity is probably that I know there’s still a lot I don’t know, and I’m always aware of that.
