Results don't come from doing more; they come from doing better. After a month of grinding, Week 5 has been a total game-changer for the journey.
This week, I stopped chasing numbers and started chasing Excellence. I’ve officially overhauled our production standards:
🎨 Thumbnail Mastery: Shifting to high-authority, cinematic designs that demand a click.
🎬 Unique Video Format: Developing a signature documentary style that you won't find anywhere else.
📅 Strict Schedule: Consistency is now a system, not a choice.
The strategy is working! We are now hitting a consistent 20+ views per video within the first few hours. It might seem small to some, but in our niche, this steady growth is the foundation of a massive future.
Next week, the bar goes even higher. My focus for Week 6 is:

"ሁሉንም ነገር እያወቅኩ፣ ግን 'እንዴት እጀምራለሁ?' በሚል ፍርሃት ታስሬ ነበር።" ባለፈው ሐሙስ በጸሎት መሃል ቁጭ ብዬ ሳስተውል፣ አንድ የ4 ዓመት ህጻን ሲሰግድ አየሁት። ህጻኑ ስለ ስግደቱ ትርጉም አያውቅም፣ አሰጋገዱም 'ፍጹም' አይደለም። እሱ የሚያውቀው አንድ ነገር ብቻ ነው—መሞከርን!
እኔና እናንተ ግን ሁሉንም ነገር እናውቃለን። ደንቡን፣ ጥቅሙን፣ መንገዱን... ግን በሚገርም ሁኔታ በዚያች ቅጽበት ከእርሱ አንሼ ተገኘሁ። እሱ በሂደቱ ደስተኛ ሲሆን፣ እኔ ግን 'መቼ ነው የምንጨርሰው?' በሚል ውጤቱ ላይ ብቻ አተኩሬ ጉዞው ከብዶኝ ነበር። ያ ህጻን ያላወቀው... እኛ ግን አውቀን የተሸነፍንበት ሚስጥር ምንድነው?
