Repeat for all checkboxes (or drag to autofill if sequential). 4. The linked cell will show TRUE (checked) or FALSE (unchecked). 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. 1. Select the cells where you want the color to appear (e.g., A2:A10). 2. Go to Home →Conditional Formatting→ New Rule. 3. Choose "Use a formula to determine which cells to format". 4. Enter the formula: - For Green (Checked): =B2=TRUE - For Red (Unchecked): =B2=FALSE 5. Click Format, choose a Fill Color (Green for checked, Red for unchecked), then OK. 6.
