⭕في معظم حالات قيء الأطفال الناتجة عن النزلات المعوية الحادة:
الORS + Ondansetron (عند الحاجة) هما أفضل وأأمن خيار علاجي.
أما Domperidone وMetoclopramide فلهما استخدامات محدودة ويجب عدم وصفهما بشكل روتيني للأطفال الصغار
