It’s wild how normal it’s become to see people everywhere — in taxis, cafés, even walking down the street — glued to TikTok and Instagram reels. I’ve even seen soldiers on patrol scrolling endlessly.
We’ve grown terrified of boredom. But here’s the truth — boredom is the birthplace of creativity. It’s the quiet space where your mind starts connecting dots, imagining, and building new ideas.
Let’s try something simple: stop scrolling when walking or sitting in transport. Use those moments to think, to observe, to listen to your inner voice.
Your next big idea might be waiting in that silence.

🎁 ShegaGifts — My New Project
So recently a friend asked me to help him pick a gift for his girlfriend. He sent me a link to a site called BoleGifts, where you can buy digital gift cards from different categories and let the receiver redeem them at partnered stores.
The idea was great — but the website experience was... not 😅
That’s when I thought: “I can build something better.”
So I started working on ShegaGifts, a modern gifting platform where users can send and redeem digital gift cards from verified local businesses.
So far I’ve completed:
✅ Landing page
✅ Authentication system
✅ Gift card list + detail pages
✅ Merchant dashboard
✅ Admin dashboard
Tech stack: Next.js, NestJS, Node.js, MongoDB, and Better-Auth — with a clean shadcn/ui interface.
This is just the beginning, but it’s already looking promising.

New Project: Plus
Hey everyone! I just finished working on Plus, a blog & mini social media platform where users can:
• Create, edit, and delete blog posts
• Interact with other users’ content: like, comment, view counts
• Search, filter posts, and explore popular posts & tags
• Infinite scrolling for seamless browsing
• Sleek, responsive, and mobile-friendly UI
• Smooth Markdown editor for writing
• Manage their account: edit profile, delete account
Built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Redux, Axios, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and TanStack Query for data fetching and state management.
