Week 7 ✅ Total Distance: 223.4KM Total Elevation: 1,764M Total Duration: 9.8hr By far the Fastest 200km in 7 weeks and also the shortest time too. my avg time for 200km was 10hr for the last 6 weeks yet this week we made it in 9hr as well as the most distance in a week . ITS NOT THE BIKE ITS NOT HOW SLOW YOU ARE ITS NOT YOU DONT HAVE THE KITS OR BEST TOOLS BRUHHH........ ITS ..... CONSISTENCY !!!!!!
