Been about a week since I quit coffee. First 5 days? Absolute struggle. My muscles felt weak, I had terrible headaches, my sleep schedule was a mess (couldn’t sleep at night, couldn’t focus during the day). I honestly didn’t realize how much caffeine I was consuming. I used to drink like 3 cups during the day and then a Nescafé at night when I pulled all-nighters. Someone suggested I try cutting back a bit… but I went full cold turkey instead. Probably not my smartest move 😭 One thing this made me realize though: we should actually measure the things we consume. When you don’t pay attention, habits can quietly turn into dependencies before you even notice. Anyway… I survived week one Now I want you guys to react 😂😂 ur neighbor should know this

Since I’m on break, I finally went to @videobet_et cinema for the first time. Loved it super cozy. Took a few pics and watched Casino Great movie, ngl There were only a few people there, but honestly… that made it even better. 🎬

Just got my certificate lol yeahhhhh Tbh I only learned the basics things like request/response patterns, sampling, streaming vs non-streaming, and how MCP servers and clients communicate. Nothing too crazy yet, but I finally “understand “ (be tinshu) what’s going on instead of just reading words. It was actually simple and easy to follow… which makes me lowkey excited for the next course lol So it is real lemalet newu :)
