I’m seeking prayers for my dad who is probably in Hell or Purgatory, but I’m not sure. I tried my best to keep them alive in 2020 but he died in the hospital.
He was a Vietnam vet who struggled with drug addiction and mental health.
His name is ed. Thanks if anyone can pray for him real quick. I just did a rosary for all souls who have no one to pray for them.
| 2 | HOW TO RESPOND TO PROTESTANTS WHEN THEY SAY "CALL NO MAN FATHER ?"
Protestants Attack us When we call priests "father". They will point to Matthew 23:9, where Jesus says, "Call no man your father on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven."
However, this directive is not meant to be taken literally in all contexts. Jesus often used Hyperbole, and this is one of those many Instances. “Hyperbole,” For those who don't know “is an intentional exaggeration for emphasis or effect. Jesus often used it in the Gospels. In fact even in The same Gospel of Matthew in 18:21-22...
He didn’t mean that we should only forgive our brother 539 times when he told us to forgive others seven times 77 times as in Matthew 18:21-22.” SUCH WOULD MEAN WE ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE WHO KEEP COUNT OF EVERY PARDONED SIN.😁
Christ used hyperbole often, for example when he declared, “If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and throw it away; it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell” (Matt. 5:29, cf. 18:9; Mark 9:47). Christ certainly did not intend this to be applied literally, for OTHERWISE ALL CHRISTIANS WOULD BE BLIND AMPUTEES ! (cf. 1 John 1:8; 1 Tim. 1:15).
■》In the Bible, the term "father" is used in various ways, including spiritual and respectful contexts. For instance, Joseph is described as a "father to Pharaoh" (Genesis 45:8), and Elisha calls Elijah "my father" (2 Kings 2:12). In the New Testament, Stephen refers to "our father Abraham" (Acts 7:2), and Paul speaks of "our father Isaac" (Romans 9:10). Thus, calling priests "father" is a sign of respect and spiritual fatherhood, not a contradiction of Jesus' teaching.
■》Incidentally, both Old and New Testaments associate priesthood with fatherhood (cf. Judges 17:10, 18:19, and 1 Corinthians 4:15), but in this case, Jesus’ command is not violated.
■》Jesus is not forbidding us to call men “fathers” who actually are such—either literally or spiritually. He is warning people against inaccurately attributing fatherhood—or a particular kind or degree of fatherhood—to those who do not have it.
As the apostolic example shows, some individuals genuinely do have a spiritual fatherhood, meaning that they can be referred to as spiritual fathers. What must not be done is to confuse their form of spiritual paternity with that of God. Ultimately, God is our supreme protector, provider, and instructor. Correspondingly, it is wrong to view any individual other than God as having these roles. | 276 |

| 10 | Protestants can NEVER ever interpret scripture Correctly as these Interpretations are factually Incorrect, Subjective ,biased and contradictory .
Let's assume for example the Pentecostal/Baptist Church
••> Pastor "X" from Church 1 says the Meaning of this Verse is "ABC" .
••> Pastor "Y" from Church 2 Says that the Verse actually means "XYZ"
So because Two mutually exclusive things cannot be true as all 2 pastors are explaining complete contradictory different interpretations pertaining to the Same Verse . This Violates the Law of Non Contradiction because their Claims are Faulty, Flawed and are opposite to each other🙏 .
Now Reality is there are 10,000+ Protestant Denominations all Spreading their Contradictory False Beliefs based on their Personal Interpretations.
In a Rare case Scenario if the Protestant Interpretation(s) Turns out to be correct by Sheer Chance..... It would only true because The Prots Directly or Indirectly Repeat what was already Taught by the Catholic Church. In this way they are therefore Unknowingly or Knowingly dependant on the Catholic Church which originally First Taught the ideas.
Thus The Protestant View here even though it may be Partially correct.. It Simply isn't giving us the Complete view. Most of the Time Protestants are Wrong unfortunately.

Would God Create 10000+ Churches that Disagree and Freely contradict each other preaching Sinful, Evil and Contradictory things?
••ANSWER>> The Bible Is Clear THAT Christ established Only One Church....The Catholic Church.
God's Church can Never be Divided... So this Church here isn't referring to the 10000+ Protestant denomination Churches out there.
The Bible Itself tells us that This Church is the Catholic Church (Acts 9:31 ἐκκλησία καθ᾽ ὅλης = Ekklesia Katholes aka the Catholic Church) and Furthermore God Himself Promises that the Catholic Church Shall Never teach Error...(Matthew 16:18 And I tell you that you are Peter,[a] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[b] will not overcome it. )
So why depend on really Terrible and Flawed Interpretations of Protestants when You Have the Catholic Magesterium to Guide you . The Magesterium does not teach Error and the Holy Spirit Guides it❤️ .
What would you Choose?
✅ The Holy Spirit's Guidance in the Catholic Church to Interpret scripture.... A Church Founded by Christ and even Hell's Gates shall never Prevail against it... Never shall this Church end , it is Built by Christ and so will not End.
OR

In today's Gospel, Christ instructs his apostles to do these miracles: to cure, to raise the dead, the cure leprosy, and to exorcism demons.
Perhaps it is not random.
