تسبب مرض الدودة القوية strongyloidiasis هي قويه يعني دورة حياتها مرتين مره داخل الجسم ومره من تعيش بشكل حر بالتربه راح تدخل من القدم وتروح للرئة يا مكان ؟ حويصلات هوائية و بعدين قصبات و بعدين تبلع زين إذا معده فراح تتحول دوده بالغه و تعبس وين ؟ بالجدار وتنتج بيوض و هناك راح يفقس البيض و بكون يرقات تخرج مع البراز زين هاي يرقه راح ترجع مره ثانيه تتحول شكل معدي واذا تحولت ؟ بعد مراح تخرج من الجسم يعني شنو ؟! Outoinfection وهم ترجع للرئة و إذا رادت تخرج اليرقه راح تخرج من anus ونوب تعيد نفس السالفه وتدخل من الجلد فد مكروه ايع مهم المرضى مالها ماعدهم اعراض لان خبيثه تسبب إسهال مائي تسمم دم التهاب رؤي تعتمد بالتشخيص ع وجود يرقه

Strongyloides stercoralis هاي دوده القوة لان بدايتها strong تدخل الجلد عبر القدم من يمشي ع التربه و نكمل حياتها بالجسم اكثر شي مهم انه تعيد أصابع نفسها إذا دخلت الجسم راح تروح للدم و بعدين رئة و بعدين يصير ابتلاع ثم أمعاء و تستقر هناك من كلت تعيد اصابه نفسها يعني هاي Autoinfection خطيرة كلش لان إذا شخص مناعته ضعيفه راح تنتشر بكل جسمه و تصير عدوى أعراضها اكيد بما انه دخلت من القدم فراح تسوي حكه هناك و اكيد إسهال و سعال واهم شي ارتفاع ال eosinophils
