in moments like this, the market resets, trends restart, and the best thing you can do is reset yourself.
for a long time, I treated trading as something fun — making calls that printed Xs — but I never truly learned it consciously or with discipline. that’s exactly why now is the right time to honestly acknowledge that I’m a newbie in this.

The poll results got me thinking.
This is already the third or fourth market stagnation since 2021 — when I first got into crypto.
The first time, I was among the 30% who chose “left crypto (cope)”, but the longer I stayed, the more I started to see these down phases as new opportunities.
Here are three things that actually work when everyone’s screaming that we’ve hit the bottom:
🧢 Focus on yourself and your health. It’s the perfect time to trade sleepless grind nights for the gym and good rest.
📝 Try something new. Now’s the best moment to learn — whether it’s trading, coding, running an X account or channel, building a collection, or whatever else excites you.
😈 Remember that crypto is a marathon, not a sprint. The goal isn’t to finish first once — it’s to keep evolving long-term and stay in the game.
