Trade Policy Advisory Board Channel

[Working Session with the Ministry of Economy and Finance and General Department of Custom and Excise on CP-TPP] នៅថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ឯកឧត្តម ណន សំណាងសីមុន្នី ប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការផ្តល់យោបល់លើគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (គ.ផ.គ.ព.) និងជានាយកខុទ្ទកាល័យឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អមដោយមន្រ្តីលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធចំនួន២ រួមមាន៖ (១) តំណាងក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក អ៊ុយ រិទ្ធីមុនី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអាស៊ាន នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ រួមទាំងសហការី និង (២) តំណាងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយនិងរដ្ឋាករកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ចាន់ សុភាព អគ្គនាយករង នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយនិងរដ្ឋាករកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងសហការី។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិភាក្សា ដើម្បីកំណត់តួនាទី និងភារកិច្ចតាមជំពូក នៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទូលំទូលាយនិងរីកចម្រើនសម្រាប់ភាពជាដៃគូអន្តរប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក (CP-TPP) ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និង អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយនិងរដ្ឋាករកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលដៅរៀបចំការវិភាគ និងវាយតម្លៃលើអនុលោមភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈចូលជាសមាជិកនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនេះ។ On September 3, 2026, at the Office of the Council of Ministers, H.E. NORN Samnangseymony, Head of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) Secretariat, and Chief of Cabinet of the Senior Minister, along with TPAB Secretariat, held a working session with representatives of key institutions from (1) Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) led by Mr. UY Rithymony, Director of Economic Integration and ASEAN Department of the MEF and the team; and (2) General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE), led by H.E. CHAN Sopheap, Deputy Director-General of the GDCE and the team. The meeting was convened to discuss and define institutional roles and responsibilities under chapters of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CP-TPP) related to MEF and GDCE, aiming to analyze and assess Cambodia's compliance in preparation for its accession to this trade agreement.
