| 4 | I’ve been putting a ton of time into building it, testing it, fixing things, and making it smarter. It’s starting to work really well, but it’s also expensive to run and has taken hours and hours, honestly days, of my time
The part I’m still trying to figure out is the best way to roll it out
I don’t really want to spend all this time building something useful and then just give everything away for free, but I also don’t want it to feel like I’m trying to squeeze people or take advantage of anyone
I definitely want to provide value for Otties NFT holders, build a real community around it, and get an active group chat going where people can share plays, ideas, and help improve the whole thing
This is the biggest thing to navigate
I’m just trying to find the right balance where it’s worth continuing to build, holders get real value, and the group still feels fun and community-first.
