Deep learning architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTMs), and Transformer models have demonstrated exceptional performance in various domains. 3.Applications Computer Vision: Object detection, image classification, facial recognition, etc., leveraging CNNs. Answer: The ROC curve is a graphical representation of the contrast between true positive rates and the false positive rate at various thresholds. It’s often used as a proxy for the trade-off between the sensitivity of the model (true positives) vs the fall-out or the probability it will trigger a false alarm (false positives). 2. How can you select K for K-means Clustering? There are two kinds of methods that include direct methods and statistical testing methods: • Direct methods: It contains elbow and silhouette • Statistical testing methods: It has gap statistics. The silhouette is the most frequently used while determining the optimal value of k 3. What is P-value? P-values are used to make a decision about a hypothesis test. P-value is the minimum significant level at which you can reject the null hypothesis. The lower the p-value, the more likely you reject the null hypothesis. 4. What is Semi-supervised Machine Learning? Supervised learning uses data that is completely labeled, whereas unsupervised learning uses no training data. In the case of semi-supervised learning, the training data contains a small amount of labeled data and a large amount of unlabeled data.

Underfitting occurs when a model is too simple and cannot fit the training data well enough, resulting in poor performance on both training and unseen data. Techniques to address overfitting include regularization and early stopping, while techniques to address underfitting include using more complex models or increasing the amount of input data. 6️⃣ What is regularization and why is it used in machine learning? Regularization is a technique used to prevent overfitting in machine learning. It involves adding a penalty term to the loss function to limit the complexity of the model, effectively reducing the impact of certain features. 7️⃣ How do you handle missing data in a dataset?
