Nature does not spare anyone. Every living creature it creates experiences suffering in one form or another. No animal, no human, no life passes through existence without pain. We are not an exception.
The richest person may escape certain physical hardships, but not psychological ones. Anxiety, loneliness, fear, loss, uncertainty, and grief do not disappear with wealth. Suffering simply changes its shape.
Yet most of us spend our lives trying to run away from suffering, believing that if we earn more, achieve more, or control more, we can finally escape it. But suffering is not a flaw in nature—it is woven into it.
The moment we stop treating suffering as an enemy and begin accepting it as a natural part of life, we stop fighting reality itself. Acceptance does not remove pain, but it removes the unnecessary struggle against what has always been true.
You are part of nature. And just like every other living being, suffering is not something happening to you—it is simply part of being alive.

The greatest poverty of this age is not the lack of money but the lack of an undisturbed mind. A person with nothing can sleep under the stars, while another with everything lies awake chasing invisible fears. We have learned to collect possessions but forgotten how to protect attention.
In the end, your life becomes whatever has the power to hold your mind.

I've been writing about hypersexualization. Here's a small excerpt from the piece.

Man drowns in abundance and calls it
freedomdesire made frictionless until desire itself grows numb, until he can possess a thousand images and touch no one. Woman learns early that to be
seenis mistaken for being loved, and so she sculpts herself for the gaze, a performance so convincing she forgets what lies beneath it. Both are starving at a banquet that was never food. He seeks the feeling of wanting she seeks the feeling of being wanted. Neither arrives at the other. This is not liberation it is two solitudes, dressed as desire, passing each other in the dark.

As a kid, I'd watch birds and think: I wish I could fly, be up there, free in that open sky. It looked peaceful.
Grown now, I asked myself what I actually wanted back then. Was it the bird's body I envied, or something else? Because the bird isn't conscious of its freedom. It doesn't sit on a branch wishing it could stay itself. It just is.
I wanted its wings. I never wanted to stop being me.That says something about us. We chase other lives, other bodies, other circumstances — but only on the surface. Underneath, the one thing we never actually want to trade away is our own mind. We want new skies to fly through. We don't want new selves to fly with.

Escaping reality is not the problem — escaping it unconsciously is. If your whole life becomes an effort to avoid what is, reality does not disappear; it waits. It waits at the corner, patient, and one day it collides with you precisely because you never faced it directly. The clever mind thinks escape is freedom. It is not — it is postponement, and postponed things return with interest.

The peace you are searching for has never been far away. You keep looking outside because no one told you to look within.
Every person you admire, every teacher you follow, every truth that touches your heart is only reminding you of what already lives inside you. Nothing real can be given to you because it has never left you.
The journey is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been.
The day you stop chasing yourself in the world, you will discover that the home you were searching for has quietly been waiting inside you all along.

A lot of us get stuck in the same cycle procrastinate all day, regret it at night, promise to change, then repeat it again.
I don't have a magic solution, but I can share what genuinely helped me break that loop. If you're interested, drop a reaction, and I'll make a post about it.

Guys, I just noticed something weird on Telegram. 😂
One of my posts shows it was edited on 1 January 1970. Has anyone else seen this bug, or is it just me?

Most of our days pass inside our own heads.
We imagine things that will never happen. We worry about things that don't exist yet. And while we're busy doing that, real life the people in front of us, the moment we're actually in goes unnoticed.
Then one day the sadness comes. The anxiety comes. And we ask why.The answer is simple: your brain cannot tell the difference between what you imagined and what actually happened. If you keep feeding it fear, it starts living in fear. If you keep feeding it made-up problems, it starts treating them as real problems. The body then reacts tension, restlessness, emptiness as if all of it were true. You didn't do it on purpose. But you did it. Every unnecessary thought has a cost. And you are the one who pays it.

I know I don't post very often, but I'm taking time to observe and think before I write.
And thank you to everyone who reacts to my posts and shows support I appreciate it.

Most of us think we're mature.
But the maturity we have is often just borrowed knowledge. We remember a few quotes, a few lessons from books, movies, reels, TikToks, or whatever content we consume.
The problem is, our maturity rarely shows in our actions.
And you know what's even more interesting?
This kind of maturity often comes with an ego. We start believing we're more mature than the people around us.
No, you're probably not.
You've just seen or heard things they haven't. That's not maturity. That's exposure.
Real maturity is reflected in how you act, how you react, and how you handle situations when nobody is watching. And if we're honest, our actions are often immature enough to prove that we still have a lot to learn. So how do we fix this? I'll talk about that later—if I find that you're interested in this topic.

I think this post deserves a reaction. I had to become a poet for a moment before I could put these thoughts into words. I hope it resonates with you the way it did with me.❤️

Why do you seek a purpose for living, as if life needs a justification before it can be embraced? The river does not ask why it flows, the flower does not search for a reason to bloom, and the sky does not wonder about its existence.
They simply are, and in that being there is immense beauty. The mind creates the hunger for purpose because it is uncomfortable with the simplicity of living.
But life is not a problem to be solved; it is a mystery to be experienced. The moment you stop chasing meanings and destinations, you begin to taste existence itself. To breathe, to love, to watch the sunrise, to laugh, to cry, to be fully present this is enough. Life is not leading somewhere else; life is the destination. Its purpose is not hidden in the future.
Life itself is the purpose, complete and whole in every moment.
