🇩🇿🇳🇪For the first time in its history, the Algerian Ministry of Defense has deployed its armed forces abroad. Four Su-30MKA fighter jets and Il-78 tanker aircraft have been dispatched to Diori Hamani International Airport in Niger.

| 5 |  ⚡️🇺🇸 The U.S Dept of Defense & Raytheon just casually dropped a new Long Range Air-to-Air Missile (LRAAM).
The AIM-424 ‘Malice’.
Not many details known about it, outside of a confirmed effective range that exceeds that of 470km (just under 300mi for the Americans).
Missile is roughly 4.11m (13.5ft) in length, and weighs just under 681kg (incl warhead) and is propelled by a 2-stage solid fuel rocket.
As of current, it appears the following aircraft are certified for it, within the USAF & USN.
• F-35A & F-35C Lightning II
• F/A-18E/F Super Hornet
• EA-18 Growler
• F/A-XX (this is the most curious one, as the DOD & Dept of the Navy still have YET to formally announce a winner for this project).

The hangars were already destroyed during the civil war and syrian Air force showed no interest in repairing them.
Most likely they are putting the aircrafts somewhere underground like they do with their helicopter fleet.
