In the context of the modern era, the number of advertisements is on the increase. The administrations of a business speaks about their commodities in glowing terms. The fact that this trend can be both advantageous and disadvantageous begs the question of whether it is positive or negative. In this essay, I will delve deeper into the root reasons behind this, sharing my own stance on the matter.
First and foremost, this trend in the advertisement field can be both change for the better or worse. Virtues relating to this exist; should a product is advertised, it provides clients with the chance to make an informed choice, relying on the items of information in the advertisement. Brochures can also serve as a source of information, enabling consumers to be informed about new products at their leisure. Such advertisements are, therefore, both constructive and indispensable.
On the other hand, the affluence of assets associated with emphasising their products does not mean there are no cons related to this. Specifically, it is worth noting that all of the information shown in the advertisements is not tested and tried. Such advertisements can easily influence customers negatively with faulty information, creating artificial wants in them. In this context, there are decent proofs making this emphasises change for the worse.
As far as the driving factors behind this praise for their products are concerned, they advertise their commodities with the sole purpose of making sufficient profit through consumerism. The business advertisers are desperately inclined to make their products prevalent and to make their business lucrative. The aforementioned leading reasons can be the main aim of this glory showing only the positive sides of their products.
In conclusion, I must confess that there are a lot of benefits to sharing their glorious views about their products, enabling them to make an informed choice, but I personally go along with the idea that it is more disadvantageous in light of the aforementioned drawbacks.
