Cash App founder Bob Lee was fatally stabbed by an IT consultant near downtown San Francisco after the two men — who police say knew each other — got into an argument over the suspect's sister, according to court documents obtained Friday by NBC News. The suspect — 38-year-old Nima Momeni of Emeryville, a suburb of San Francisco — drove Lee to a secluded area and stabbed him three times with a 4-inch kitchen knife, including twice in the chest, according to the documents. At least one of the stab wounds punctured Lee's heart.

The man in the video, 27-year-old Joeboury Coleman, was detained in an alley near the Los Angeles apartment building. ⠀ Coleman has been booked for animal cruelty and is being held on $0 bail, the LAPD said. ⠀ The dog has since been taken to a local animal shelter, and is likely in need of surgery to fix her broken leg. LAPD said the dog is also being treated for poor nutrition.

NEW YORK – Two men are dead and a third was injured following a shooting outside a subway station in upper Manhattan according to graphic video and reports. ⠀ Police said Wednesday that a 16-year-old teenager was arrested late Tuesday night and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the shooting. ⠀ The incident unfolded near the steps of the 207th Street subway station in Inwood just before midnight. ⠀ Two men were killed and a third man was also shot but survived. None of the victims are believed to have been the intended targets. ⠀ James Michael, 44, was shot in the face and pronounced dead at Harlem Hospital. ⠀ Alejandro Ramirez, 45, was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital. He was shot while walking home after his shift at Pizza Palace. ⠀ The motive is believed to linked to ongoing marijuana sales at the location.
