I honestly think she is NOT all that and everybody is just happy cuz she's not the elysia expy everyone hated or the loli that's allegedly 10,000 years old But her outfit is the same annoying and unnecessary fan service and doesnt look like something you'd wear in the coldest winters They could have at least gave her a cloak thats attached to the back of her neck somehow, but now she has attached sleeves and a very low collar And i honestly expected some saturated dark blue in her design go make her pop out at least in some way... but none
