🚨 कैसे हिंदी के पेपर में 40 अंक लाए?
1.संक्षेपण के लिए शीर्षक आपको स्वयं तय करना होता है। दिए गए वाक्यों को ध्यानपूर्वक समझकर लिखना होता है। यह प्रश्न 15 अंकों का होता है, जिसमें आप आसानी से 10 से 12 अंक प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
2.दूसरे टॉपिक में आपको एक निबंध लिखना होता है, जो 30 अंकों का होता है। यदि विषय को ठीक से समझकर और संरचना सही रखकर लिखा जाए, तो 20 से 25 अंक मिल सकते हैं।
3.तीसरा टॉपिक वाक्य विन्यास से संबंधित होता है, जो 10 अंकों का होता है। इसमें केवल वाक्य सुधारने होते हैं — अर्थात् गलत वाक्यों को सही करना। यदि सावधानीपूर्वक हल किया जाए, तो पूरे अंक मिल सकते हैं।
इन तीनों टॉपिक्स को यदि ठीक से किया जाए, तो कुल मिलाकर लगभग 40 अंक प्राप्त हो सकते हैं, जो पास होने के लिए पर्याप्त हैं।

🚨 70वीं BPSC परीक्षा के सामान्य हिन्दी (अनिवार्य विषय) सिलेबस का विस्तार से सरल और समझने योग्य व्याख्या दी गई है:
⭐️ BPSC सामान्य हिन्दी सिलेबस – विस्तृत व्याख्या
✅ परीक्षा स्तर:
यह प्रश्नपत्र बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति (BSEB) के 10वीं कक्षा (सेकेंडरी) के स्तर का होता है।
✅इसका उद्देश्य अभ्यर्थी की सरल, शुद्ध और प्रभावी हिन्दी में लिखने, सोचने और समझने की क्षमता को परखना होता है।
😄 अंक वितरण व टॉपिक्स की व्याख्या:
1. निबंध लेखन (30 अंक)
इसमें किसी सामाजिक, समसामयिक, सांस्कृतिक, शैक्षिक या नैतिक विषय पर लगभग 500 शब्दों में एक निबंध लिखना होता है।
आपकी भाषा की प्रवाह, सोच की स्पष्टता, तर्कशक्ति और प्रस्तुति कौशल की जाँच होती है।
2. व्याकरण (30 अंक)
इस भाग में हिन्दी व्याकरण से जुड़े मूलभूत टॉपिक्स पूछे जाते हैं, जैसे:
समास (तत्पुरुष, द्वंद्व, बहुव्रीहि आदि)
संधि (स्वर, व्यंजन, विसर्ग)
उपसर्ग व प्रत्यय
काल, वचन, लिंग, कारक, सर्वनाम, विशेषण
शुद्ध व अशुद्ध वाक्य
पर्यायवाची, विलोम शब्द, मुहावरे और लोकोक्तियाँ
3. वाक्य विन्यास (25 अंक)
इसमें आपको वाक्यों को सही क्रम में प्रस्तुत करना, वाक्य सुधारना, संधि-विच्छेद करना या पुनर्लेखन करना होता है।
यह भाग यह देखने के लिए होता है कि आप वाक्य रचना, भाषा का संतुलन और सही व्याकरणिक ढाँचा कितना समझते हैं।
4. संक्षेपण (Precis Writing) – 15 अंक
इसमें एक लंबी गद्यांश दी जाती है, जिसे पढ़कर आपको उसका संक्षिप्त सारांश (100-150 शब्दों में) प्रस्तुत करना होता है।
यहाँ आपकी मुख्य बातों को पहचानने, अनावश्यक बातों को हटाने और संक्षेप में लिखने की कला का मूल्यांकन होता है।
⏳ महत्वपूर्ण बातें:
यह प्रश्नपत्र अर्हक प्रकृति (qualifying) का होता है।
इसमें न्यूनतम 30 अंक (40%) प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।
इसके अंक मेरिट में नहीं जुड़ते, लेकिन यदि आप इस पेपर में फेल हो जाते हैं, तो अन्य पेपर में पास होने के बावजूद आप परीक्षा में सफल नहीं माने जाएँगे। ✅

💤 जहां तक मेरी समझ है, 71वीं BPSC उन विद्यार्थियों के लिए सबसे बेहतरीन अवसर है, जो 70वीं में चूक गए हैं।
जो अभ्यर्थी 70वीं मेंस दे रहे हैं, वे उसी में पूरी ताकत लगाएं। लेकिन ध्यान रहे—70वीं के मेंस के बाद फाइनल रिजल्ट आने में काफी समय लगेगा। ऐसे में मेंस के बाद बिना समय गंवाए 71वीं की तैयारी में जुट जाना चाहिए।
71वीं की वैकेंसी 70वीं के समकक्ष या संभवतः उससे भी बड़ी हो सकती है, क्योंकि कुछ नए पद, जैसे AEDO , इसमें शामिल हो रहे हैं।
अब सबसे अहम बात:
70वीं के प्रीलिम्स की तुलना में 71वीं की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा सबसे कठिन हो सकती है—या कम से कम 69वीं के स्तर की। इसलिए प्री के चार कोर सब्जेक्ट (History, BIHAR SPECIAL, Science, Current Affairs) पर मजबूत पकड़ बनाना ज़रूरी है, क्योंकि इन्हीं से लगभग 100 नंबर बनते हैं।
और एक कड़वा सच:
इस बार जो अभ्यर्थी मेंस दे रहे हैं, उनमें से 95% ने उत्तर लेखन (Answer Writing) प्रीलिम्स के बाद शुरू किया है।
तो साफ सुन लीजिए—प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के बाद के 3 महीने आंसर राइटिंग सीखने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि रिवीजन और फाइन ट्यूनिंग के लिए होते हैं।
फाइनल चयन उन्हीं का होता है जो पहले से मेंस की तैयारी मजबूत रखते हैं।
इस बार बहुत से ऐसे अभ्यर्थी हैं जिनकी प्री तो निकल गई, लेकिन मेंस की तैयारी शून्य है—और वे अब तक सिर्फ सोचते रह गए।
इसलिए आज से ही मेंस की तैयारी शुरू करिए। प्रीलिम्स को हल्के में न लें।
71वीं की प्रीलिम्स सबसे कठिन हो सकती है—इस बात का स्क्रीनशॉट अभी ले लीजिए।
70वीं के प्री के भरोसे मत बैठे रहिए।
संभावना है कि इस बार भी अच्छी वैकेंसी आएगी—70वीं जैसी या उससे भी बेहतर।
