I thought every trader should be living that lifestyle.
Trains at night, cars at every hour, something going on outside no matter what time it was, and you get so used to it that you stop noticing it's happening, you just notice you're tired all the time and you can't figure out why..
Out here it's silent. I sleep through the night, I wake up clear, and everything I've been meaning to do for years is suddenly just easier. The reading, the workouts, standing out on the patio grilling with nowhere I have to be after.

Like I mentioned earlier, we didn’t get many strong trending moves this week.
In conditions like this, the smart play is to take what the market gives you instead of chasing big pip targets.
This is exactly the type of environment where scalpers and day traders have the edge.
For swing traders: none of our trades hit TP3 this week.
Last week we had several go all the way.
That’s just how the market works — every week is different.
Adapting is what separates consistent traders from everyone else.

| 13 | One thing I’ve noticed this week: the market hasn’t been trending hard in either direction, especially on the currency pairs.
Unlike last week where we had clean directional moves, this week has been more choppy and range-bound.
Good reminder to adapt.
When there’s no clear trend, it’s smarter to take profits when you get them instead of waiting for a big move that might never come.
