Gold is trading inside a descending channel and is moving up after reacting from the 3973–3961 support zone. Price is now approaching the 4040–4050 resistance near the top of the channel.
My Scenario and Strategy
As long as price stays below 4040–4050 and remains inside the descending channel, the bearish structure stays valid. A rejection from this area could send price back toward the lower channel near 3832. A breakout above the channel would weaken this outlook.
