Protect capital first. ▫️Expect manipulations. Headlines will drive whipsaws, not clean price action. ▫️Zoom out. Move from the noisy intraday candles to higher PD arrays (H4, Daily). Structure is clearer up there, and you’ll see where liquidity is truly being drawn. ▫️Wait for confirmation. A body close through key highs/lows is still king.

In other words: • You can be wrong on direction but still profitable, because you’re trading only when momentum aligns with structure. • It’s not about being right 100% of the time, it’s about staying in the game long enough for your edge to play out. • Confirmation is your insurance policy; it cushions bad bias with good timing. On the H4, confirmation is about timing the market’s transition from manipulation to expansion. Liquidity grabs by themselves don’t confirm a trend shift. They’re traps. What you really want is the candle body closing through key structure (highs/lows). That’s the proof that smart money has finished engineering liquidity and is now committing to a new leg. Without that body close, you’re basically throwing darts, guessing if the grab will hold or if price will just retrace and liquidate you further. The H4 confirmation is your filter against noise; it’s the difference between catching a real trend leg vs being a victim of short-term liquidity hunts.
