Life used to be about SURVIVAL. Now that surviving is so easy, everyone is obsessed with being happy. Life isn’t about being happy. Humans didn’t evolve to be happy. We are constantly discontent to ensure we struggle to thrive. Happiness in itself is an impossible goal. The easiest way to make yourself unhappy is to measure your life purely by how happy you are. A healthier mindset is to accept that you don’t care if you’re happy or not. I don’t care how I feel, because my decisions are CONSCIOUS. I never WANT to go gym. But I always go. I still train when I feel lazy. The list goes on and on. Take control of your own mind. Make the right call regardless of feeling. Unlimited possibility awaits.
