The government accepted the docs, the bank accepted the docs. Looks like construction starts in 5 or 6 days. One more family will join Team Russia!

Well the first villager just bought a future for himself and his family in Russia. As of today this project can no longer be considered "vaporware"! The construction company and Timur took him out to view they territory and they sent me this video. It is truly a joyous day. After two f@#/+ years we've finally launched.
