💠 Breast diseases work up 💠 🔅Female < 35y → Ultrasound. 🔅 Female > 35y → Mammogram. 🔅 Paget's disease or Skin changes → Punch Biopsy (Punch takes a part of the skin changes). 🔅 Fibroadenoma (firm, non tender, mobile beast mass in a young female ) → Clinical + Ultrasound + FNAC. 🔅Ductal Papilloma (Bleeding per nipple in 20-40y female )→ Galactogrphy (ductography). 🔅high risk women (as those with hereditary cancer) → MRI. #Peri_Op
