Guys any tips for maybank scholarship? ada yang pernah ke pergi ke assesment dia? kitonyo takut u assesment dekat mana? uitm shah alam, u dekat mana? eh really, i dekat uitm bandaraya melakaa ohh, saja mintak dekat shah alam. anyway whats your preparation? what assessment? saya bukan maybank scholar tapi pernah sampai final stage Maybank Group Scholarship interview. After apply dia filter out dulu. Next stage, jawab assessment online yang susah. Tapi awal awal tu memang ada reminder diorang cakap mostly candidates takkan sempat jawab semua soalan. Sebab soalan dia kena baca case study yang panjang pastu retrieve answer for soalan from case study tu. Next stage, group interview. Group interview ni senang je kalau rasa diri tu pandai bercakap. Make sure you stand out from other people. Ni pun susah juga sebenarnya. Ada dua part, first part tu group juga tapi tak ingat second part tu dia assign kan group pastu group kita tu as satu company kena lawan group lain untuk bid satu company yang tengah lelong. Kita akan dapat roles masing masing legal,finance etc. Kena pandai argue, point out je kalau opponent ada salah cakap. The hardest part in this was actually they gave us real documents regarding the situation. Memang beratus/beribu (tak ingat) pages tu kena cepat and pandai cari part mana yang important for roles kita. Just make sure you stand out. Last stage, individual interview. Kat sini all I remember was "Tell me about yourself", "What do you know about Maybank", "Why do you think you need this scholarship", "How do you know about this scholarship". I messed up here because I dont know anything about maybank (now pun sama)but was a good experience since never expected to last until that stage. That was my first and last attempt for scholarship. (Be note that this story was from 2022) I dont know anything about current system, sorry in advance if not helping. Really thanks on your sharing, may allah ease you with everything in return.
