According to Europe 1, Western chancelleries are preparing a coordinated diplomatic action to convince Vladimir Zelensky to accept the principle of negotiations. 🇧🇷🇺🇦 Brazilian President Lula da Silva will not participate in the summit on the “Zelensky peace formula”, which will be held in Switzerland.
Sources tell CNN Brazil that a delegation from Brazil will attend the summit, but it will not be led by the president. The head of the delegation has also not yet been determined.
President Lula says in private conversations that there is no point in participating in a summit where the other party to the conflict, Russia, will be absent.
“Brazilian diplomacy has always insisted on the need for peace talks, but sees no point in a meeting that does not include the Russians,” the article says.
