To all the GenZ Most GenZ lack discipline, control over life, most are weak, most are controlled by their desires, ego is on peak, they act like they are someone special, most don't know how to respect and most are depressed. You too might have felt it. I myself see such things daily. GenZ are the people who are born after 1997 and 2012. And currently they are in their youth. Their blood is warm, most are still dependent on parents and live in comfort. This comfort makes them weak. The generation before GenZ, most among them lacked comfort. They used to understand the harsh conditions of life. They learnt life the hard way and practically. They had no social media motivation or anything else. This new generation is learning most things from social media and less from real world. But the things you learn from real world are much more impactful than the ones you learn from the internet world. To all GenZ, if your parents are strict. Be happy. Don't blame your parents for not being free like others. Your time will come. I have seen most good people in the world those who followed their parents, teachers or some specific rules. And those who wanted freedom from the early begining of life, they lost in the way because of lack of mentorship. I can't tell you how lucky you are if your parents supervise you. They call you, talk to you, guide you, advice you. After few years you will realize it by yourself. Note: Take your parents advice more seriously than internet advice. Because sometimes a person from America will advice you the things which doesn't fit with your lifestyle, family background, wealth, geography. It might seem he's right. But that advice doesn't suit on you. Your parents know their roots. Most of their advices are legitimate. Remember: Don't follow exactly what parents say, just understand what they try to say and do that. Sometimes they aren't able to say things clearly as they don't belong to this age, their childhood was different. But use your perspective to understand what they try to say. Don't be weak, indisciplined, don't let your desires control you. And every social media advice doesn't suit on everyone, don't follow them blindly. At the end they are content creators and they need to create some content, but every content isn't always suitable for you.
