A Maine man is under arrest after police say a missing 4-year-old boy was found with him at a Waterville home.
The suspect, who police say is not related to the child, has been charged with kidnapping and criminal restraint. Additional charges are expected.

Ticktin says he currently represents more than 300 January 6 defendants, with approximately 400 expected to join the litigation. He says the federal complaint filed in Washington, D.C., goes beyond the events of January 6 and argues they were tied to what he describes as irregularities in the 2020 election.
"J6 was planned in advance by the left. It was not something that occurred spontaneously on January 6th," Ticktin said, adding that his team has "evidence" and "videotapes of their meetings" to support those allegations.

Tanker in Winslow took off at 9am & dropped on it in winds gusting to 40 kts. APS just left w/ 2 helicopters patrolling power lines. Never seen tankers fly in winds like this in 20 years of fueling them in Winslow. Their flying tells you everything. Fire’s continuing to spread fast. Winds slightly more north today w/ smoke west of airport instead of yesterday’s easterly photos. Hopefully passes west of threatened communities. Either way, it’s headed to west Flagstaff threatening everything in its path including Belmont & possibly Parks, unlikely stopping in these winds. FLG forecast shows winds finally dying down ~10 pm. Fire >10,000 acres by then & long time to contain afterward given weather forecast.
