DIGIPIN will be the new address system in the country from now on. While traditional PIN codes cover a wide area, the 10-digit DigiPIN system represents the exact location of your home or business. Instead of the traditional pin code, which covered a wide area, the DigiPIN will provide precise location information. That is, the exact location of your home or business can be found through this DigiPIN. You can find your home by visiting the government website designated for creating a DigiPIN and finding the code. The advantage of DigiPIN is that it will deliver correspondence to the right place and help emergency services such as ambulances and fire departments to reach it accurately by understanding the location. It is hoped that DigiPIN will be beneficial in remote areas including rural areas. It is claimed that DigiPIN will be able to deliver parcels to the right location not only for correspondence, but also for e-commerce websites. *How to find your Digipin?* The government website https://dac.indiapost.gov.in/mydigipin/home has been prepared to find your Digipin. By visiting this website and clicking on the location you have found, you can find out your 10-digit Digipin. What makes Digipin different from other address systems is that you can know your exact location within a radius of four meters. India Post has developed a geocoded digital address system called Digipin in collaboration with IIT Hyderabad, NRSC and ISRO. Digipin can also be used offline.

ऊपर दिखाए गए (Annexure-I) में विभिन्न भत्तों (Allowances) के पुराने और नए (Revised) प्रावधानों का विवरण दिया गया है। मैं इसे आसान और सरल हिंदी में समझा देता हूँ: --- ### 1️⃣ ऑफिस मेंटेनेंस भत्ता (OMA) — केवल BPMs के लिए पहले: ₹100 प्रति महीना अब: * अगर BPM द्वारा मानकों के अनुसार डाकघर की जगह किराए पर(Post Office accommodation) उपलब्ध करवाई जाती है → ₹500 प्रति महीना * अगर BPM द्वारा बिना मानकों वाली/बिना किराए की जगह उपलब्ध करवाई जाती है → ₹250 प्रति महीना --- ### 2️⃣ फिक्स्ड स्टेशनरी चार्ज पहले: * BPM के लिए ₹25 प्रति महीना * अन्य कर्मचारियों के लिए ₹10 प्रति महीना अब: * ABPMs और डाक सेवकों (Dak Sevaks) के लिए ₹25 प्रति महीना * BPM के लिए यह राशि ऊपर बताए गए composite allowance में ही शामिल हो गई है। --- ### 3️⃣ नाव भत्ता (Boat Allowance) पहले: ₹50 प्रति महीना अब: ₹115 प्रति महीना --- ### 4️⃣ कैश कंवेयन्स (Cash Conveyance) भत्ता पहले: ₹50 प्रति महीना अब: कोई तय मासिक राशि नहीं होगी। अब स्थिति के अनुसार भुगतान किया जाएगा: * अगर ₹1 लाख से कम की नकद राशि ले जानी है → ₹30 प्रति ट्रिप + बस/पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट का किराया * अगर ₹1 लाख से ज्यादा की नकद राशि ले जानी है → ₹50 प्रति ट्रिप + बस/पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट का किराया --- ### 5️⃣ साइकिल मेंटेनेंस भत्ता पहले: ₹90 प्रति महीना अब: ₹180 प्रति महीना --- ### 6️⃣ कंबाइंड ड्यूटी भत्ता (Combined Duty Allowance) पहले: * अगर BPM डिलीवरी या अन्य काम करता था → ₹500 प्रति महीना प्रति कार्य * अगर BPM गांव में ही डिलीवरी करता था → ₹250 प्रति महीना * स्टेशन पर मेल एक्सचेंज का कार्य → ₹250 प्रति महीना अब: * BPM डिलीवरी या मेल ले जाने का काम → ₹45 प्रति दिन (अधिकतम ₹1170 प्रति महीना) * BPM डिलीवरी और मेल दोनों का काम → ₹90 प्रति दिन (अधिकतम ₹2340 प्रति महीना) * ABPM द्वारा BPM का कार्य → ₹75 प्रति दिन (अधिकतम ₹1950 प्रति महीना) * ABPM या Dak sevak द्वारा किसी अन्य ABPM या Dak sevak का अतिरिक्त कार्य करने पर→ ₹45 प्रति दिन (अधिकतम ₹1170 प्रति महीना) नोट: ये भत्ते तभी मिलेंगे जब कोई कर्मचारी कार्यालय में एक से अधिक कार्यों का जिम्मा संभालेगा। --- ### 7️⃣ जोखिम एवं कठिनाई भत्ता (Risk & Hardship Allowance) पहले: कोई नहीं था। अब: * जिन क्षेत्रों को सरकार द्वारा कठिन क्षेत्र घोषित किया गया है वहाँ कार्यरत GDS कर्मचारियों को ₹500 प्रति महीना भत्ता दिया जाएगा। ---

अगर ट्रांसफर चाहिए तो महादेवियi को ज्यादा से ज्यादा यूट्यूब पर कमेंट करो ऑनलाइन न सही तो ऑफलाइन ही ट्रांसफर हो नहीं तो ये लोग sept Oct तक ले जायेंगे इसको इस से जीडीएस को बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है 15 हजार में घर से दूर रहना खाना सब करना पड़ता हैं

जीडीएस की हालत बहुत बुरी कर देंगे ये लोग अगर जल्दी एक्शन नहीं लिया गया तो , पहले 1 साल में ट्रांसफर था लेकिन उसको बढ़ा कर 2 साल कर दिया और पुराने नियम में, 4 बार पोर्टल खुलता था उसको अब 2 बार कर दिया गया और 2025 में तो अभी तक कोई न्यूज भी नहीं है आगे पता नहीं क्या क्या होगा 😔😔

With the help of the DigiPin platform brought by the Department of Posts, homes, offices, institutions, etc. can get it. The PIN appears when you tap on the desired area. The code can be added to the address. It is designed to be used offline as well. It does not change the address. It acts as an additional digital address and identifies the exact location. In the future, if Digi PIN is integrated with GIS systems, the need for traditional addresses may be reduced.
