That being said, if you're in a tough place but want to dig yourself out of it, the way a lot of us have had to do over the years, you're in a good place for that.
1. Lift weights. Get on a program. Get stronger, get bigger, lose fat, mog minorities.
2. Fix your diet. Stop eating goyslop. Eat beef, chicken, eggs, fish, pork and lamb. Learn to cook it yourself.
3. Groom yourself. Get a haircut. Shave off that goofy beard or at least trim it to where it's presentable. Take a fucking shower.
4. Start wearing decent looking clothes. Sweatpants are unacceptable. Same with anything boomers wear. So no khakis and tucked in polos. Stop dressing like you're homeless, blind or mentally ill.
5. Develop an interesting personality. Find hobbies that don't involve screens. Go outside. All of the shit I post in here about skiing, mountain biking, motorcycling or driving fun, fast cars is SHIT I ACTUALLY DO. Don't be a fucking LARPer.
6. Stop watching porn and stop playing video games.
