Again - A paradox of events. When you listen to one portion of our military, the sentiment is "Contain China", "Keep China from expanding", Great Power Competition", "Air Force general predicts war with China in 2025", etc. and then you have articles like this stating the the US is pulling out intermediate range ballistic missiles from the Philippines because of an angered Beijing while saying they had plans all along to remove those missiles and that the US is just doing it earlier. The two stances don't add up. When they conflict with one another, something is up. Its an indicator. I've always said that there are two militaries at play. The "Tale Of two Militaries". One military, what I term the "indoctrinated - still asleep" military who believes the US is the Star Wars empire and does so with a sense of pride. Who doesn't honor their oath. The same indoctrinated - still asleep military who blurs the lines of ethics, morality, and legal standings when it comes to US paid bio-weapons labs in Ukraine, or arming Taiwan against China, and believes war is profitable. Then you have the other side of that coin, the patriotic military, who I term the "Military of Light", who follows the rule of law, who honors their oath to support and defend the US constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Who possesses the critical thinking and doesn't blur the lines of morality, ethics, and legal standing. Those three tenets of ethics, morality, and legality are entrenched and installed in our military since day 1 of training. Everyone is taught it, many understand it, most follow it, some ignore it. When you have those who will not honor their oath, you can't leave them in place. When you see articles which oppose each other creating what I call paradoxes, take notice. Yesterday 4th of July an article comes out about the Philippine President saying President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has ordered his armed forces to defuse tensions in the South China Sea, his military chief said on Thursday, after a flare-up with China over missions to resupply Filipino troops on a contested shoal. Philippine forces will defend themselves with “the same level of force” if they come under assault again from China’s coast guard in the disputed South China Sea, where Chinese personnel armed with machetes and spears injured Filipino navy personnel and damaged two of their boats in a chaotic faceoff last month, the Philippine military chief said Thursday. Armed Forces of the Philippines chief Gen.
