📍In the framework of Bourdieu's theory, human society operates through a complex system of classifications, where social groups are defined not only by their material resources but also by their cultural capital-forms of knowledge, taste, and practice that are valued by dominant social structures. These patterns of thought shape how individuals view themselves and others, perpetuating a hierarchy of power and ___1___. The dominant classes, in particular, maintain their status by controlling these classifications, defining what is considered "legitimate" or"refined" knowledge, and thus marginalising other ways of thinking and being. Bourdieu's concept of "habitus" describes how these patterns of thought become internalized in individuals, guiding their actions and perceptions in ways that reinforce the existing social ___2___. At the same time, the process of classification is not fixed but subject to contestation. Over time, the dominance of elite groups can be challenged, leading to shifts in the status of certain forms of knowledge or cultural practices. In this sense, Bourdieu suggests that the social structure is not merely a reflection of economic power, but also a reflection of the intellectual and cultural systems that ___3___ it. The task, therefore, is to recognize how these classifications function to legitimize power and to question the hierarchical systems that serve to ___4___ the status of those on the margins.

3) summarize - preserve - classify - transcend

It involves using mechanics such as points, badges, leaderboards, and challenges to make tasks more engaging, rewarding, and fun. To be effective, gamification needs to be thoughtfully ___3___. It should align with company goals and be tailored to the needs of employees. Overuse or poorly designed gamification systems can backfire, leading to stress or disengagement. Successful gamification strategies tap into intrinsic motivation, offering employees meaningful rewards, fostering a sense of achievement, and encouraging healthy ___4___. The key is to ensure the game elements enhance the workplace experience rather than distract from it. Let's start with a simple fact. In the English language, not in the American language, the term 'need' has different meanings. Its interpretation depends entirely on the context.
Often, we use 'need' to express a strong personal desire. When you say, 'I need a vacation', it is an expression of a strong desire but not a basic need. Here, "need" is subjective and emotional. However, it also can be an objective statement. This is its more factual application. For example, when a designer wants to design a planet, the planet needs sunlight, water, organism systems, and so on. All the things mentioned above are essential to a planet. In this context, "need" describes an absolute, non-negotiable requirement for survival or function.
Meanwhile, this term is a multifunctional word which is very important and has benefits when used in the social environment. When someone lacks something as a psychological desire, 'need' is a psychological term as humans are involved in nature. Our psychological needs, like belonging or esteem, are powerful drivers of behavior. Ultimately, people's needs advance revolutions of social structures.
The word “need” has different meanings depending on context. It can express a strong personal desire or an objective, essential requirement for survival or function. In psychology, needs such as belonging and esteem strongly influence human behavior. Overall, human needs play a crucial role in shaping behavior and driving social and structural change in society.

🔆 Transcript:
In the digital age, the influence of 'Social Media' on public opinion is both profound and unprecedented. Platforms like Twitter and Facebook have transformed the landscape of communication, becoming the modern-day town squares where opinions are formed and voiced.
First, social media breaks down barriers to information dissemination. It allows for the rapid spread of information, enabling anyone with an internet connection to stay updated on global events. This democratization of information empowers individuals, but it also requires a critical eye to navigate the vast sea of content and distinguish between fact and fiction.
Second, social media has a unique power to mobilize. It can unite individuals around causes, as seen in movements like #MeToo, which gained momentum through viral social media campaigns, highlighting issues that may otherwise receive limited attention in traditional media outlets.
As we engage with social media, let's be mindful of its power to shape our perceptions and the importance of fostering digital literacy to navigate this new public sphere responsibly.
