Acadex Network is having a restructuring as regards team and project as a whole to produce the best results in the new direction we are embarking on.
For our first line of action, we will be minting new tokens which will be distributed to eligible holders of $ACDX tokens.
Please withdraw any tokens you have on the IndoEX exchange to your private decentralized wallets.
Deadline for withdrawal is 23rd September, 2022.
After which the new tokens will be distributed to the eligible wallets in a ratio of 1:1.
Kindly note that all holders of $ACDX tokens purchased from Erax and MarsPad launchpads are not eligible for this new distribution.
Do ensure to have your tokens in your decentralized wallets before the deadline.
Please reach out to any of the admins for any inquiries.
In the case we have to mint new $ACDX tokens, we will be minting new tokens still on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to protect our investors and communities that have paid for our $ACDX tokens.
For those who bought tokens from Erax & MarsPad, unfortunately these new tokens will not be distributed to you if the launchpads fail to return back to us completely tokens that were refunded and BUSD reimbursement for tokens that were sold. You’ll be required to reach out to both launchpads for your refund.
With this development, vested token distributions will be paused pending the outcome of this launchpads response.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience(s) caused.

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT!

As of today, the launchpads Erax & MarsPad have refused to return back to us completely tokens that were refunded and BUSD reimbursement for tokens that were sold.
We have not received IDO money from the both launchpads.
It is very risky for us to go list in any exchange at the moment because these unsold tokens have already been used to disadvantage the benefits of our investors and community and could easily be dumped on the market should we make a new listing.
We have been truly patient and considerate as we don’t want investors to face any loss due to the negligence of the launchpads, but we can’t wait forever for them to respond.
We will be giving the launchpads till the end of August to completely refund all tokens or BUSD reimbursement for the tokens.
If not we will mint new $ACDX tokens and distribute to eligible investors.
