over $3b was stolen from Binance and luckily, the team took action immediately & was able to rescue over $1b at the moment with the help of circle & others.
the hacker’s wallet got blacklisted, he can’t send nor withdraw the assets in the wallet
however, he sent some of funds to a different address. the recovery process is still ongoing.
it’s only a matter of time until all the funds are recovered.
