My Suggestion for Answer Writing Submission this Week: “The submissions are grammatically flawless, but the thinking feels outsourced.” When you outsource all your information from AI, you skip the struggle—the effort it takes to read, explore, and connect ideas. And with that struggle, you also miss out on the learning that comes from it. The process of searching, reading, and reflecting is what builds true understanding. Without it, you're left with polished words but shallow thinking. Don’t over-rely on AI—use it only for value addition, not as your primary source of thinking or content. These days, everyone uses AI, including teachers and evaluators. They can easily recognize AI-generated language and structure, so if your answers lack originality or personal insight, it shows bad articulation skills of yours. Let AI support your preparation, not replace the effort and thinking that true learning requires.

Now that RBI Grade B, NABARD Grade A, and IRDAI Grade A 2025 are highly probable—with around 50–60 vacancies each for Generalist posts—it's high time you start focusing on these exams seriously. Three months of the year have already passed, and the new financial year has begun. Even bankers will start getting some breathing room—at least for a few months—except for those working under toxic management. Your hard work in the next three months—April, May, and June—will determine where you stand this time next year: whether you're still stuck in the same place or have moved on to something better. If you’re not able to complete your entire Phase II syllabus by June—along with revision, answer writing practice, and conceptual clarity in QRE—then believe me, you’ll be reading these same messages again next year. The choice is yours.
