Now we are hiring Front Office Core CS Engineer for Ericsson company: Qualifications: • B.Sc. Electrical Engineering: Electronics and Communication • Experience in Core CS network 2~3 years • Good knowledge in vIMS and VAS • Has FO background is preferred • Excellent user of computer applications. • Have good communication skills. • Very good command of English • Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure. Job Description: • Alarm monitoring and 1st level troubleshooting for Core CS network (Ericsson Core Nodes). • Alarm monitoring for VAS nodes and 1st level troubleshooting for Customer Complaints related VAS services. • Alarm monitoring for vIMS network. • Classifying and accordingly escalating alarms to Back Office team via service manager tool. • Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during network outages. • Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem. • Responsible for sending out notification SMS’s for major outages /network issues. • Completely understanding 2G/3G/4G networks If you are interested please send your cv to cv@sky-grp.com Please mention "Front Office Core CS Engineer " on mail subject
