Israeli journalist Barak Ravid told Channel 12 he obtained details of a US-Iran memorandum. It includes a 60-day ceasefire framework for Lebanon and regional de-escalation. The Strait of Hormuz would reopen for 60 days while talks continue on a broader deal. Previous reports noted a 60-day window for nuclear and security talks. Ravid listed 12 points: 1. Iran, the US, and allies will stop hostilities, including in Lebanon. 2. Iran commits not to develop or acquire nuclear weapons. 3. The US and Iran will resolve the disposal of enriched uranium stockpiles. 4. The US and Iran will discuss enrichment and Iran's nuclear needs. 5. Iran will maintain the status quo on its nuclear program during negotiations. 6. The US will lift the naval blockade, not impose new sanctions, and not increase forces in the region during talks. 7. Iran will ensure safe, free passage for commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz for 60 days. 8. The US will make frozen Iranian assets available upon MoU implementation. 9. If a final agreement is reached, the US will withdraw forces within 30 days and lift all sanctions on Iran. 10. A final agreement will include a plan for a $300 billion fund for Iran's reconstruction. 11. The US will give Iran temporary sanctions waivers to sell oil during negotiations. 12. Negotiations will be held between Iran and Oman with Gulf policy participation to define shipping and maritime services arrangements.
