Update on the Candle Trader System. If you are Trading with the candle trader bot, please ensure to backtest on historical data. We recently discovered that this bot has been over fitted on our broker data Alpari. As explained the system uses values such as volume and candle body size which are non stationary, this values also widely differ from broker to broker. We are going to provide an update of this system that uses stationary data for condition analysis. hopefully before the end of this week.

Did anyone use the Candle Trader System today? How did it turn out for you? This was our returns so far today. We got stopped out by Equity lock system as we raised our max risk to 10,050 therefore once our equity got to that all trades were closed and auto trading was disabled. We will activate trading tomorrow and will provide the next update by the end of the week.

So far we have made 0.6% profit from this upwards move, but we did not disable auto Trading because there was no fundamental event and it was only on one pair. If you had disabled Algo trading you’ll be up 2% now
